Do you provide a makeup artist?
Yes! If you need a makeup artist, one can be provided an extra cost of $120. Aldana has a reach of great MUAs that will glam you up for your next session.
Do you provide Balloons or other props? Can we bring our own?
Unfortunately we do not offer any balloon props. If you’d like to bring your own props you are more than welcomed. Make sure to be a couple minutes early to set up. The props that we have in stock are plants, vanities, school desks, sofas, stools, chairs, ottomans, and some suitcases/trunks.
What kind of backgrounds do you carry?
We have a variety of different seamless backgrounds! So far we have in stock: white, black, red, tan, , green, navy, grey and seafoam.
If the client wishes a selective color background that we do not have in stock, it will be provided at an additional $50 fee. (within reasonable time)
How will I receive Images?
All images will be given to the clients via an online Pixieset gallery that is accessible for 30 days. Each gallery is password protected. Final edited images will be give out via a Pixieset link, accessible for 30 days. Final images are edited and handed over to the client 7-10 business days after client makes final selection of desired images.
Can I receive more Images?
Yes! Extra images are $15 per extra image. Once you selected the extra images Aldana Media will invoice you fro the extra images.
Do you do Group portraits or family portraits?
All sessions are for one person session, if you would like to include more people in the images it a fee of $50 will be added per person. At the moment, Aldana Media is not taking in any group portrait sessions.
What if I’m Late? Fees, Cancelations, Rescheduling
We ask everyone to arrive please arrive on time. Arriving 15 minutes late is subjected to a late fee of $50 and anything past 30 minutes will be considered a cancelation and we must reschedule.
If the client cancels and would like to reschedule, Aldana Media will reschedule the session at no extra cost. The client can only reschedule once before the deposit is lost. It is up to the Client must responsible to contact Aldana Media 24 hours before canceling or rescheduling. If there is no mention of a reschedule before the date, Aldana Media holds the right not to reschedule the session.
How do I pay? Deposits and invoices
Email: After we finish the booking process we will send you an invoice via PayPal were you can pay for the session directly on the invoice. It is a secure way to pay. (NOTICE: you don’t need to have a PayPal account, you just need an active card to pay)
Self Checkout: After you finish the booking process on our website, you will have to pay the deposit for session. The remaining balance will be paid at t he beginning of each session via cash or card. Please have exact change.
Deposits are included in the total price of each package. Deposits are non-refundable, you will not get a refund on the deposit. Deposits are required to book a session, no sessions will be scheduled from our end until then.
