General Portraits include Birthday, Graduation, and Fashion Portrait sessions

Silver Package

Total Cost: $250

Deposit: $60

Includes:

  • 5 edited digital images

  • One outfit

  • 45 min session

  • All other unedited images that will be taken (100+ images)

Gold Package

Cost: $300

Deposit: $80

Includes:

  • 8 edited digital images

  • Two outfits

  • 1 hour session

  • All other unedited images that will be taken (150+ images)

Platinum Package

Cost: $375

Deposit: $100

Includes:

  • 12 edited digital images

  • Three outfit

  • 1 hour 30 min session

  • All other unedited images that will be taken (300+ images)

ADDITIONAL INFO

In need of a makeup artist or other props?

  • If you need a makeup artist, one can be provided an extra cost of $90

  • Props such as some plants and chairs can be provided at no extra cost (when available in our inventory) If you’d like a specific prop that we don’t carry, that will be to the expense if the client

  • If the client wishes a selective color background that we do not have in stock, it will be provided at an additional $70 fee

Images/Outfits

  • All images will be given to the clients via an online gallery that is accessible for 30 days.

  • If you desire more outfit changes they will be an additional $50 and it will come with one(1) additional edited image (only applicable after the platinum package or for commercial packages)

  • Final edited images will be give out via a Pixieset link, accessible for 30 days.

  • Final images are edited and handed over to the client 7-10 business days after client makes selection of desired images.

  • Extra images are $25 per extra image

Group pictures

  • All sessions are for one person session, if you would like to include more people in the images it a fee of $50 will be added per person

Late Fees, Cancelations, Rescheduling

  • Please arrive on time.

  • Arriving 15 minutes late is subjected to a late fee of $50

  • Arriving 30 minutes will be considered a cancelation

  • If the client cancels and would like to reschedule, Aldana Media will reschedule if the full invoice is paid.

  • If the client right out cancels and would not like to reschedule, then schedules again, Aldana Media will schedule the session for an extra $50 for an inconvenience fee.

  • Client must responsible to contact Aldana Media 48 hours before canceling or rescheduling, or the session and payment is forfeited.

  • If the invioce is paid in full, client is allowed one reschedule.

Deposits

  • Deposits are included in the total price of each package.

  • Deposits are required to book a session
